In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the jin188 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of our Services:

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account. jin188 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jin188 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

jin188 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions, or where you have knowingly or negligently shared your credentials with a third party.

jin188 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following terms apply to all deposits:

• A mi nimum deposit amount applies per transaction; the current minimum is displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
• Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where reasonably practicable.

• All deposits are non-refundable once they have been credited to your Account balance and wagered, in whole or in part.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your jin188 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• jin188 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected account abuse.

jin188 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, valid game categories, minimum odds restrictions, and bonus validity windows are stated explicitly within each individual promotion's terms, which are published alongside the offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Bonuses credited during seasonal campaigns — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to the same general terms unless the campaign specifically states otherwise.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the jin188 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jin188 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets unless a demonstrable technical error on the Platform's part has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event data, or system malfunction — jin188 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• For sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup fixtures, settlement is based on the official result at the conclusion of regular time (90 minutes plus added time) unless the specific market states otherwise.
• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all legs must be settled as winners for the parlay to pay out. A void leg reduces the parlay to the remaining active legs. A losing leg renders the entire parlay a loss.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw games, results are determined by the official draw output for each respective pool. Results are published immediately upon draw completion with no modification permitted thereafter.
• jin188 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during periods of irregular market activity, suspected match-fixing, or significant pre-match news events.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Player may apply. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jin188 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine manual input.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed primarily to exploit bonus offers rather than participate in genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, where the Player is aware of such prohibition.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, algorithms, or backend systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an undue burden on the Platform's technical infrastructure.

jin188 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following player-protection measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
